My Joy is in helping horses and their humans learn to understand and trust each other.

I find great Joy in helping horses and their humans learn to understand and trust each other. I have taught Parelli for 29 years (as of 2026), and never tire of solving the puzzles each horse and human pair present. I have done many things in my 60+ years with horses, from barrel racing to dressage, jumping, endurance, playing with cows, reining, trail riding, Cowboy Dressage, showing to Regional and National Championships and more. I love the all around foundation that the Parelli program gives a horse (and human), because I like to do many things with my horses. Through Parelli, I have taught in Africa, Europe, Canada, Mexico and all over the United States. I have had the pleasure of learning from many top horsemen in addition to my years with Pat and Linda Parelli. Tom Dorrance, Ray Hunt, Jack Brainard, Craig Johnson, David O’Connor, Buck Brannaman, Mark Rashid, Dr. Stephen Peters, John Lyons, Doug Jordan, Walter Zettl, Eddo Hoekstra and many more.

About the Parelli Program

The Parelli Levels Program is a horsemanship training system developed by Pat Parelli, the founder of Parelli Natural Horsemanship. The Program consists of Four Levels, and is designed to help horse owners develop a strong bond and communicate effectively with their horse through at-home learning.

Your cumulative skills and knowledge will increase level by level as you learn additional Parelli Savvys: our four areas of learning, both on the ground and in the saddle.
